The higher the number, the more the animal’s environment mimics a natural environment. Our pork is rated GAP 1 and our chicken is rated GAP 2, and we’re working hard to keep improving that.

We purchase our carbon credits through Native Energy in support of the Northern Great Plains Regenerative Grazing Project.
