Inspired by a Philly roast pork sandwich, Broccoli Melt is made with humanely raised pork, gooey Monterey Jack cheese, fresh broccolini, garlic and spicy pepperoncini. Add it to pastas, pile on the caramelized onions or just enjoy it with a little mustard. This is the sausage for people who wish vegetables tasted more like roasted pork. (Honestly, who doesn’t wish that?)

Ingredients: Humanely raised pork, broccolini, Monterey Jack cheese: [pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes] pepperoncini: [pepperoncini, water, sea salt, acetic acid, citric acid, turmeric] salt, vinegar, potato starch, carrot fiber, garlic, dehydrated parsley, celery powder. Stuffed in a natural pork casing. Contains: Milk.

Our sausages are fully cooked and ship frozen with dry ice. We know dry ice is super fun, but please do not touch it with bare hands.

Packs will keep for up to six months in the freezer. Allow sausages to thaw in the refrigerator before preparing. Once thawed, all you need to do is heat and eat! We recommend enjoying within 4 days of opening. Unopened they will last up to 14 days.
