A whole new way to spice up your life. Chili Verde is a zesty blend of humanely raised chicken, cilantro, garlic and spicy green chilis. Perfect in tacos, tossed on top of a salad, or in a bun, smothered with cheese.

Our sausages are fully cooked and ship frozen with ice packs. We ship sausages weekly on Mondays and Tuesdays. If you need your sausages to arrive before the weekend, make sure to place your order by Sunday evening!


Packs will keep for up to six months in the freezer. Each individual pack weighs 12 oz. Allow sausages to thaw in the refrigerator before preparing. Once thawed, all you need to do is heat and eat! We recommend enjoying within 4 days of opening. Unopened they will last up to 60 days.

Ingredients: Humanely raised chicken, poblano peppers, jalapeno peppers, serrano peppers, cilantro, salt, vinegar, cultured celery powder (celery powder, sea salt), jalapeno pepper powder, potato starch, isolated carrot product, garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, crystalized lime (citric acid, lime oil, lime juice)

I got these in my imperfect foods box, and they were anything but imperfect!! I didn’t read the description very closely, so didn’t realize they would be spicy until I ate one. It is the perfect level of spice to give flavor but isn’t so spicy that it’s overpowering. Even if you’re not in the mood for something spicy, this is perfect. I browned the sausage in a pan, sautéed some red/green bell peppers and some yellow onion with the sausage, and served it all in a multigrain bun! So easy and SO GOOD.

I would even go as far as to say it could be spicer for me. Maybe 2 levels of heat one day? Such a fun way to eat sausages!
