- 3 Seemore Chicken Chili Verde sausages
- 8 oz White American cheese, shredded
- 1 4 oz can green chiles
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Avocado oil
- Tortilla chips to serve
Heat a pan over medium heat. Add a drizzle of avocado oil.
Break up your sausages in the pan with a meat masher or wooden spoon for about 5-7 minutes or until browned. Remove and set aside.
Lower the heat to medium low. Add milk, chiles, and seasonings to the pan and bring to a simmer. Slowly stir in the cheese until melted. Remove from heat and serve with the sausage on top.
