- 1 package (4 links) Seemore La Dolce Beet-a Sausages, cooked, crumbled and cooled
- 1 package Vermont Creamery Goat Cheese from Murray’s, room temperature
- 1 head of endive leaves separated
- 1 tablespoon walnuts, finely chopped
- Honey to taste (local, raw is best!)
Spread your softened Murray's goat cheese on each endive leaf.
Top with crumbled sausage.
Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.
