- 1 package (4 links) La Dolce Beet-a Sausage (or any Seemore flavor!)
- 1 can Puff Pastry or Crescent Rolls
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard, or any of your favorite dips!
DirectionsPreheat the oven to 350 (or whatever temperature is listed on the pastry/roll packaging).
Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 4-inch squares. (If you’re using crescent rolls, pinch together two triangles to form a square/rectangle.)
Place sausage in the middle of the pastry square. Brush one half of the puff pastry with honey mustard and the other half with egg yolk. Roll up and pinch to seal the seam.
Brush egg yolk on top and sprinkle on your favorite topping. Poppy seeds! Flaky salt! Everything bagel seasoning! There are no wrong answers. Slice and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until pastry is golden and sausages are juicy.
Serve with more honey mustard or any of your favorite dips.
